We are dedicated to high quality, both in materials used and in customer service. This business emerged from a desire to inspire and encourage contemplative prayer. |
ANGLICAN PRAYER BEADS consist of 28 weeks beads with small separator beads between them, 4 cruciforms, an invititory bead, and a cross or other Christian symbol that is meaningful to the prayer. A brochure with detailed explanation on how to use the beads is shipped with your order. Click here to view our Anglican Prayer Beads
CELTIC PRAYER BEADS consist of 150 beads with 2 separator beads and the pendant dividing them into 3 sets of 50 beads each. The beads can be used in many ways but here is one way. The first set of 50 is used to pray discursively to God. The second is used to pray for people or situation, and the third is for silent prayer or contemplation. POCKET PRAYER BEADS are generally much lighter weight and definitely smaller than Anglican or Celtic prayer beads. They are perfect for pocket or purse, taking on a trip or on a prayerful walk. They are made with 9 larger beads, a cross or other symbol, and separator beads for pausing. The first bead, as with the Anglican beads, is an invitatory bead. it invites you to enter the presence of God. From there you begin interceding for others or situations, or, you may use a mantra or some other meaningful phrase or word. Click here to see more pocket prayer beads. Prayer beads are intended to assist the pray-er into the Presence of the Spirit and contemplation.
